Here at Lac Rose we offer you a stunning 6½ acre lake nestled amongst the beautiful fields and vineyards of Frances Champagne region for carp fishing. Only a comfortable and direct 3½ to 4 hour drive from the popular crossings chosen by most at Calais. Situated between the cities of Troyes and Sens and accessible to all local amenities you may require on your trip to us.
We offer an impressive stock of beautiful French carp for you to target from a feature filled lake offering depth changes, lake bed variations and outstanding tree, and reed lined margins making us comparable to an English estate lake filled with big French carp.
We currently boast 2 captures of different carp into the mid 60lb range with around 10 different verified fifty pound fish, several of which are illusive 50lb commons.The impressive figures don’t stop there as we also offer a remaining stock of carp of which 25-28% are over 40lb ensuring that once you are amongst the fish, a biggie is never far away. These fish are of course only the verified stock so who knows what else could be lurking in this picturesque venue.
The lake is offered on an exclusive basis only for a maximum of up to 6 anglers with a choice of 5 double swims of which to choose from. On site facilities include a newly erected shower with separate toilet, a communal shelter and solar charging points for guests use.
Food packages are also available for pre order as well as any bait required to make your trip as hassle free as possible.
We do allow bait boats on the lake and they are available for hire if they are required.

Food Package
£175 per week per angler - This is available for pre-order and consists of a full English breakfast from Sunday-Friday and a 2 course evening meal from Saturday to Friday.
Bait
£8.50 per kilo
£45 per 25 kilo for pellet - Sack.

Carp Care
£9.99 - Carp Care by Cyproguard.
(This is supplied free of charge upon your arrival and then returned on departure. But it is available to purchase at the above price.)
We also have a small selection of tackle on site should you want or need to adjust your tactics.
Bait Boat
£100 per week - The bait boat we supply is the top quality Navigator by Global Fishing and is supplied with fully charged batteries throughout your stay.
(£150 deposit will be required and is fully refundable at the end of your stay.)

- No leaders of any kind
- No braided mainline

- All fish unhooked and photographed in margins on supplied floatation cradles.
- Fishery landing nets only, to be used for landing your fish
- No sacking of fish
- All Bivvy’s to be erected within the gravelled swim areas
- No plastic baits
- Minimum 15 lb line
- No rods left unattended
- 3 rod maximum
- ALL hook holds or damage to be treated before release with the fishery supplied cyproguard carp care product.
- Any damage or signs of distress to be reported to proprietors
